About the Role

We’re seeking a detail-oriented Tax Accountant with 1–2 years of experience to join our growing team. You’ll work closely with clients and internal teams to prepare tax returns, assist with planning strategies, and ensure compliance with federal and state regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare federal, state, and local tax returns for partnerships and individuals
• Assist with tax planning strategies and identify client opportunities
• Research and resolve tax issues
• Maintain accurate documentation and compliance

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field
• 1–2 years of tax or public accounting experience
• CPA certification or working toward CPA (a plus)
• Experience in real estate or alternative investment tax (a plus)
• Knowledge of federal and state tax regulations

Preferred Skills

• ProSystem tax software experience (a plus)
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong communication and client service skills
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
